To date, I have never read a great definition of leadership. This frustration lead me on a journey to try and define leadership myself. Well, I am not done yet, but I think that I might not need to continue that endeavor.

Today, Saturday Feb 12, Lisa Haneberg nailed it. In my opinion this is the best definition of leadership that I have ever read.
