After reading my post about Scoble ranting, Scott Johnson from Feedster commented.

I apologize for this -- our UI makes it a bit confusing and I think the error is really ours not yours. But I think that dramatically improves how Feedster looks in your comparison. Scott (read the entire comment)

Wow, what a response. Guys, this is the VP of development for Feedster and he hit a huge homerun! Not denying anything, not blaming, not the typical slam comment that I’m an idiot! I am very impressed with his customer service response. Feedster...I am a big fan just because of Scott! He needs a raise.
