Team Chemistry is so, so vital! Today I took my entire team to lunch and had our weekly staff meeting at Starbucks. (For those of you who care about food, we went to a local Thai restaurant called Noodle Swing.) For me, as the leader, chemistry is so important. As a staff we don't all have to be best friends, but we all must have great chemistry. I am so blessed to have such a GREAT team and staff, it is amazing.

To keep this chemistry and team approach front and center, I am having my team read Patrick Lencioni's book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, which deals with team chemistry. I am a huge fan of this book, and have had many of my previous staff read it, as well as the entire Executive Team at Fellowship. Next week we will openly discuss the 5 and evaluate ourselves and the team.
