I’m Terry—an apprentice of Jesus, leader, technologist, strategist, and co-founder of YouVersion. I lead with a Tov (goodness-centered) approach to redemptive leadership, believing the way we build matters as much as what we build.
As a senior leader at Life.Church and the co-founder and Chief Platform Officer of YouVersion, I help guide people, teams, and products that advance Scripture engagement and spiritual formation around the world. My work centers on creating and building—cultures, systems, organizations, and experiences that help people flourish.
A major focus of my calling is empowering others: developers, ministries, publishers, churches, and global partners who are building Scripture and discipleship experiences for their own languages, cultures, and communities. I’m passionate about forming leaders and environments where goodness, trust, integrity, and wholeness can grow.
My background spans startups, ministry, entrepreneurship, and large-scale technology ecosystems, but one thread has remained constant: I love helping people and organizations become what they were made to be.
