The Socratic Method
On Thursday I had an opportunity to record another Leadership Uncensored with Ed. This talk was focused on staff meetings, the how and the why. This session was awesome, we discussed so many topics however, the most intriguing was when we got off on the Socratic Method of leadership.
The Socratic Method is about asking questions. Socratic leadership is asking questions to the right people at the right time to get the right answers.
