Increasing Blog Traffic via Ping's

I just found ping-o-matic and I really like it. It is a tool that allows you to let dozens of services know you've updated your blog site. This naturally increases traffic to your blog.

I would like to find a service that lets you set an update schedule so you don't have to do it manually. If you know of one let me know.
