Have you ever wondered...

Have you ever wondered if you were really making a difference? You know, putting all the blood, sweat and tears into whatever it is that you do. I feel this way all of the time. I really think that is because of how I am wired. I am completely wired to make an impact and to make a difference. So, I do think that leads me to always evaluate, am I making a difference.

Well, all of that being said, it is very important to let people know they are making a difference. And since I am normally the one doing that, it is often a joy to hear it myself. I am so blessed to have the team around me that I have, and when I read this...[link] well, it truly reminded me why I do what I do. Thank you Amy!
