We finally released our blogging policy at Fellowship. Brian and the HR team have been working on this for a month or so.

Here is the great thing. Since the blogging policy released on Monday... my lunch Tuesday, Wednesday and today with other executive pastors at FC has focused around blogging. All of them are asking great questions and seem very interested in blogging. Currently one other exec. pastor is blogging and encouraging his entire staff to get involved.

The movement is coming fast!
