A difficult email.
If you are a leader or a manager of people, would you be willing to send the email below out to your team? Maybe you can do one step better, put them on your corporate intranet and allow people to take a poll? Sound risky? Well, it is not nearly as risky as operating your organization or department with disengaged employees.
If you have not read the book First, Break All The Rules I highly recommend it.
Please read and respond to the below questions. Please answer them honestly for I must evaluate myself personally. Once you partake in this, send the questions to your employees and evaluate yourself as a manager and leader. We will be reviewing the results in an upcoming management meeting.
