Allow me to introduce you to, Mac Lake.

Mac and I had an opportunity to meet at a Multi Site conference in Washington DC. I did not have a opportunity to spend much time with Mac, but I spent enough time with him to quickly pick up that he is a true leader.

Recently I got a note from Mac that I was an “inspiration” to him to start blogging. So, with that, here he is, Mac Lake. I have to tell you, I am jealous. I think Mac has the coolest title that I have ever heard. Mac is the Leadership Development Pastor at Seacoast Community Church. Leadership Development Pastor, that rocks! Can I add that to my business card? Yea, I don’t think there is room on the card.
