Tom Peter, Leadership Essentials.

Just finished Tom Peters new Leadership book from his essentials collection. Wow, it rocks. Everything about the book is GREAT. It is an easy read, a wonderful layout and outstanding content. I just bought 20 more to give to some of my staff as well as others. I highly recommend it. I actually bought all 4 of the essentials (Leadership, Talent, Design, and Trends) but I loaned the other 3 out so I am not sure what I am going to read next. I do have Freakenomics on my desk!
