This is not an original thought. And I am sure that Tom Peters was not the first to write and talk about this either. However, since I just finished his book Talent, I am going to give him credit for it.

Everything inside of me relates to this! At the core of my being I am wired to Go Big. I have a shoot for the moon mentality, and dream and dream big.

Nothing gets on my nerves more that average, or mediocre success. Why put effort into something that turns out average or mediocre? In my opinion that is a total waste of time. Kill it or do away with that mind set. Go big or go home, we don’t have enough time left on Earth to waste it with average.

Start today, reward excellent failures, and punish mediocre success. By doing that you will insure Going Big! You have way too much on the line...
