Follow Up with your customers
From day one over 15 years ago Fellowship Church has followed up with every person who gave us their contact info. It has never been easy, but it has always been a “must”.
So why am I writing this? Well, Gary Lamb just posted that they have just started with the follow up. I am confident that Gary and his team will see amazing results, and I challenge everyone of you guys to be the best at following up! We actually track the entire process in Fellowship One and know who is closing their calls, and how long it takes. We have stats on the average closing time, and keep all the trends. Every now and then I have to call some staffers/pastors and give the a kick in the pants.
