Weekend #1

This was the first official weekend as Fellowship Uptown Campus Pastor. Wow, it was fun, but very draining. Now I truly understand the concept of a “Holy Hangover”.

We kicked off a brand new series called Authority Issues, and it was great. We opened it all up with the 1984 classic We’re Not Gonna Take It’, by Twisted Sister. And It Rocked! Our attendance was up to 814, which is good considering we are 7 months old, but I expect much better considering our location.

Sorry for the short and few posts as of late, but I am still trying to get my head around everything. I hope in the next few weeks to get back on a better post schedule and to get more active.
